Dive Master course is very complex and flexible and therefore it is not possible to provide an exact and detailed schedule. The course will take the minimum of 3 weeks to accomplish and during the course you will join classroom sessions combined with independent study.

When you have reached a level where you feeling comfortable with the knowledge of one or more of the 7 theory chapters, you will take an exam for each chapter. After accomplishing 3 of the first theory chapters, you will join some divers' courses in the pool and in open water and gain experience by assisting your instructor in conducting a course. Additionally you have to perform 20 Open Water Diver skills in demonstration quality, and stamina tests.

You have to show ability to navigate underwater, underwater cartography ability, and ability deal with unusual situations. Good organizational skills, ability to work with all kinds of people and discipline are also important parts of the course as you have to be a role model for all the divers! You will be certified after accomplishing all the required skills and exams, with a minimum of 60 dives.
