Why Advanced Adventurer?
The Advanced Adventurer Program is the entry into the world of SSI Specialty
Courses. The student can choose five specialty dives from different
specialty areas and by that they can make a better choice for their personal
future Specialty program(s).
What do I need to start?
SSI Open Water Diver certification (or qualifying certification from another
organization)
Minimum age: 12
What will I do?
This certification includes Dives, including the Deep
Dive, Underwater Navigator and three of the following:
Night / Limited Visibility
Boat Diving
Search & Recovery
Enriched Air Nitrox
Underwater Photography
Waves, Tides & Currents
Computer Diving
Perfect Buoyancy
How long will it take?
2 Days - all days based in Koh Samui
On the advanced open water dives days, we use
surface interval and boat journey time, from Ko Samui to the dive site and back, to
review SSI Advanced Adventurer course marital and prepare for the adventure dives.
Where can I go from here?
The performed dives of the Advanced Adventurer Program will be fully
credited towards the entire Specialty Courses so that students will only
have to complete all academics and the remaining Dives to successfully
finish the Specialty. |
